Former Minister Sagala Ratnayake has been appointed as the UNP organiser for Colombo West, party sources said.
Mr. Ratnayake was an organizer for the Matara District since he entered politics and was elected as an MP several times from the district.
He is expected to contest from the Colombo District in the future.(Yohan Perera)
