PinSurgeons have successfully re-attached a young woman’s severed arm, after a surgery of nearly four hours led by Dr. Ananda Jayawardena, at the Kegalle General Hospital.  

The young woman from Nilapalagammana, Alapalawala, Kegalle, had part of her left arm from the elbow downwards, severed by her uncle with a knife, after an argument broke out between her father and uncle over a land dispute.
