’Harak Kata’ and ’Kudu Salindu’ detained for 90 days | Sri Lanka News


Two notorious underworld criminals Nadun Chinthaka Wickramaratne alias Harak Kata and Salindu Malshitha Gunaratne alias Kudu Salidu, who were brought into the country this morning, have been detained for 90 days by the Criminal Investigations Department for further questioning.

The 32-year old Nadun Chinthaka, a resident of Weligama and 27-year old Salindu Malshitha were arrested by the security authorities in Madagascar recently.

A CID team led by an ASP left for Madagascar on Saturday to bring the suspects into the country.
