Octane 92 petrol to go up by Rs.30 from tonight | Sri Lanka News


With effect from tonight, the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) and the Lanka IOC (LIOC) have decided to raise the price of a liter of Octane 92 petrol by Rs. 30.

Accordingly, the new retail price of a liter of octane 92 Petrol will be Rs.400. 

The price of the remaining fuel varieties will remain unchanged.

As a result, a liter of Lanka Auto Diesel will cost Rs. 405 rupees. Lanka Petrol Octane 95 Euro 4 costs Rs. 510 per liter. A liter of Lanka Super Diesel 4 Star Euro 4 will cost Rs. 510. A liter of Lanka Kerosene will cost Rs. 355 and a liter of Lanka Industrial Kerosene will cost Rs. 464.

Meanwhile, the LIOC has also increased the fuel prices and now both the CEYPETCO and the LIOC fuel prices stand equal. (Chaturanga Pradeep Samarawickrama)
