Sri lanka News – Sri Lanka has had a second meeting with a World Bank team to firm a policy loan, the President’s media office said.

Debt management, fiscal oversight, improving tax administration and breaking sovereign and financial sector nexus, restructuring and divesting state enterprises are some of the goals of the program.

Other include, improving energy sector performance, reducing a carbon footprint, competition in the broadband market and strengthening social protection delivery systems and targeting.
