Sri lanka News – Sri Lanka’s shares fell in mid-day trade on Thursday (17) after opening firmer dragged down by  John Keells Holdings, LOLC and Central Finance, Colombo Stock Exchange data showed.

The main All Share Price Index (ASPI) fell 0.31 percent or 25.08 points to 8,061.96 at 1140 hours.

Most liquid index S&P SL20 down 0.53 percent or 12.96 points to 2,451.24.

Market generated a turnover of 627 million rupees. (Colombo/Nov17/2022)
