Sri Lanka Ports Authority to call international tender to buy tug | Sinhala News

Sri lanka News – Sri Lanka’s cabinet of ministers had cleared the state-run ports agency to call international tenders to purchase a tug, Mass Media Minister Bandula Gunawardana said.

“With port activity expanding there is a need for more equipment,” he said.

Sri Lanka Ports Authority will call tenders for an 80-tonne bollard pull Twin Azimuth Stern Drive style tug.

Sri Lanka Ports Authority has several tugs, he said. (Colombo/Oct11/2022)
