Sri Lanka stocks edge-down in mid-day trade | Sinhala News

Sri lanka News – Sri Lanka shares continue to edge down in mid-morning trade on Friday (07) reverting from previous day’s gain, Colombo Stock Exchange data showed.

The main All Share Price Index fell 1.59 percent or 145.54 points to 9,036.69 at 1125hours.

Most liquid index S&P SL20 slipped 2.04 percent or 57.62 points to 2,762.81.

Market generated a turnover of 1.3 billion rupees.

Top losers were Sampath Bank, LOLC Holdings and Expolanka. (Colombo/Oct 07/2022)
