Sri lanka News- Sri Lanka is planning debt re-structuring talks Japan, China and India and initial approaches have already been made by financial and legal advisors Lazard and Clifford Chance, cabinet spokesman, Ramesh Pathirana said.

Japan, China and India are the main creditors and initial approaches have been made, he said.

Other creditors will also be reached, he said.
