Sri lanka News – Sri Lanka stocks slipped in mid-morning trade on Monday (29) after opening stronger as the market continued on the downward trend.

The main All Share Price Index fell 0.54 percent or 47.11 points to 8,746.28 at 1130 hours.

Most liquid index S&P SL20 down 0.50 percent or 14.44 points to 2,849.31.

Market generated a turnover of 596 million rupees.
