Sri lanka News – Sri Lanka shares gained in mid-day trade on Friday (04) on positive sentiments as investors observe some stability on the economic front.

The main All Share Price Index rose 0.95 percent or 77.93 points to 8,307.07 at 1150 hours.

Most liquid index gained 1.97 percent or 52.67 points to 2,730.34.

Market generated a turnover of 3 billion rupees.

Top gainers were Melstacorp, Hayleys  and LOLC. (Colombo/Aug04/2022)
