Sri Lanka shares slip in mid-day trade | Sinhala News

Sri lanka News – Sri Lanka shares fell 0.52 percent in mid-morning trade on Monday ( 19) for the second session pulled down by index heavy shares, the Colombo Stock Exchange data showed.

The main All Share Price Index (ASPI) slipped 0.52 percent or 52.14 points to 10,008.95 points at 1100 hours.

Most liquid index S&P SL20 down 0.97 percent or 31.34 points to 3,205.98.

Market generated a turnover of 1.5 billion rupees.

Top losers in the first hour of trade were John Keells Holdings, Expolanka and LOLC Holdings. (Colombo/Sep19/2022)
