West Indies debutant Jeremy Solozano is currently receiving treatment at Nawaloka hospital, Colombo.
He took a blow to his helmet after coming in the way of a pull shot from Dimuth Karunaratne earlier in the day in Galle.
He was stretchered off the field, and is currently being observed at Nawaloka hospital in Colombo.
“Jeremy Solozano’s scans show no structural damage. He will be kept at the hospital overnight for observation 🙏🏽We will continue to keep you posted on any further updates from our Medical team.” West Indies announced.
Nawaloka hospital sources said that the player could be discharged by tomorrow.
