A stock of 229 kg of Kerala Ganja worth over Rs 6 million hidden in a dinghy boat was recovered by the Navy early this morning in the seas off Ariyalai area in Jaffna.
The contraband was recovered in a special patrol conducted by a group of Navy Officers.
The Navy said Kerala Ganja was packed in 105 parcels inside an abandoned dinghy boat.
The stock is suspected to have come from India. (Romesh Madushanka)
