ICC bans six players selected for LPL | Breaking News

It is reported that the ICC has informed the Sri Lanka Cricket to immediately remove six players who have been selected for the Lanka Premier League this year.

This is due to the fact that they have participated in tournaments not recognized by the ICC.

They have previously competed in two such tournaments in Nairobi, Kenya and Mauritius.

There have been allegations of match-fixing in those tournaments.

Meanwhile, it is reported that there are four former Sri Lankan players and one of them has been selected as the coach of the team.
