The National Transport Commission (NTC) says that all 1,400 Sisu Sariya buses will be operational from Monday (Nov. 22).
NTC Director General – Nilan Miranda said that the buses will be added to the fleet due to the reopening of schools for students in Grades 06 – 09.
Several days earlier, the Education Ministry previously announced that schools will reopen for Grades 06 – 09 from Monday.
