Astrologer Indika Thotawatte says that the time set to open the Sada Hiru Seya in Anuradhapura on November 18 is very inauspicious.
The astrologer also claims that opening it at an inauspicious time will result in serious consequences.
He adds that astrologically it is detrimental to the country and catastrophic, especially to the person who takes the lead in it.
He said that the Association of Astrologers has misled the organisers by claiming it to be an auspicious time.
