ECONOMYNEXT – Sri Lankans living in Oman can talk to the ambassador directly as part of a community outreach programme organised by the Sri Lankan embassy in the gulf country the last Thursday of every month, Foreign Ministry said.
The outreach forum is titled “Talk with the Ambassador”.
“The purpose of this forum is to reach out to the members of the Sri Lankan expatriate community in Oman and to facilitating them to talk directly with the Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the Sultanate of Oman Ameer Ajwad and discuss their issues,” a foreign ministry statement said.
The Forum will take place on the last Thursday of every month from 09.00 am to 2.00 pm, with the first to be held on on November 25, the statement said.
