03 people were injured after a gas tank at a restaurant in Weligama exploded last night (03).
According to the police, two males and a female were injured and were rushed to the Matara Hospital for treatment, and they are out of harm’s way.
“I heard a loud bang and I saw fire,” said one witness.
People living in the area had fled the scene for their own safety.
